I’m Jodine Jean-Jacques (but you can call me Jo).

I am a Spiritual Empowerment Certified Life Coach, Reiki Master Practitioner, and Self-taught Numerologist devoted to supporting individuals who are ready to heal, rise, and return home to themselves.

Where My Journey Began

Before stepping into this work, I spent years in retail and customer service based fields that strengthened my ability to connect, support, and empathise with people from all walks of life. I loved helping others, but deep down, I knew there was more for me. Something in my spirit kept calling me to heal, grow, and expand. I’ve always been intuitive, but I didn’t always trust my inner voice. But in 2015, everything shifted. I felt drawn to explore the deeper layers of myself and became fascinated with:

What began as curiosity quickly became a lifelong dedication.

Through years of study, practice, and profound personal healing, I discovered my purpose:
to guide others toward the clarity, peace, and empowerment, I once had to fight for alone.

 Humble Beginnings:

The Birth of One Call Away

One Call Away first started on Facebook in 2017—long before it became a full wellness practice. It was a safe, judgment-free space where people could ask questions about self-love, spirituality, relationships, and healing. I offered guidance freely because I believed (and still believe) that healing is a community effort. People came looking for clarity, encouragement, and connection—and together, we built a supportive online family.

By 2022, my calling became undeniable.

I became a Certified Life Coach, took a leap of faith, and turned One Call Away into a professional service dedicated to helping women rebuild their lives and rediscover themselves.

The Intuitive Leap Into Energy Healing

Shortly after, I was guided toward Reiki.
Becoming a Qualified Reiki Master Practitioner allowed me to support my clients on a deeper, energetic level—beyond mindset and emotions.

Reiki opened a doorway for my clients to:

• Release stress, anxiety, and emotional heaviness.

• Balance their energy.

• Reconnect with their intuition.

• Experience spiritual and emotional breakthroughs.

• Heal trauma stored in the body.

Energy healing became the foundation of the “Whole-istic” approach I’m now known for.
